The NCR FSMA is planning to offer a Juice HACCP course April 13-16. The class will meet for four hours per day, 9am to 1pm Central time. For educators and processors in the Midwest, the registration fee will be $300. It will be $600 for anyone outside the region.
Registration will open in early January, only for North Central Region participants. Everyone will be able to register in mid-February. Byron Chaves will be leading the course virtually.
