The NCR FSMA is planning to offer a Juice HACCP course April 13-16. The class will meet for four hours per day, 9am to 1pm, Central time. For educators and processors in the Midwest, the registration fee will be $300. It will be $600 for anyone outside the region.
Registration is open, and everyone can register now. The cost is still half off for anyone in the north central region. Registration closes April 6.
