Water Testing Requirements under the FSMA Produce Safety Rule

According to the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule, fresh produce and sprout growers are required to test samples of agricultural water and spent sprout irrigation water respectively. Join this webinar to learn how testing requirements for these water samples may be different from those of more traditional laboratory clients; regulatory sampling and water quality requirements that apply; and acceptable analysis methods.

Water analysis laboratory personnel, or anyone else involved in sampling and analysis of agricultural water samples from fresh produce farms and spent irrigation water from sprout operations. The intended audience could include public health and private laboratory scientists, federal, state and local health and environmental officials and practitioners, and other organizations that engage with and support analytical needs for the fresh produce and sprout industry.
